インカナルタ（チャボトケイソウ）の種がアメリカから我が家にやってきました！
パッションフルーツは、他家受粉の植物で実をつけさせるには違う遺伝子を持った苗の花が必要らしい。
ネットでチャボトケイソウを探したのですが、お問い合わせしたところ生産農家さんは同じ株から挿木で苗を増やしているらしい。 なので2株買っても同じ遺伝子の苗なので結実する可能性が低いとのこと。
出ているネットショップを全部見たのですが見本苗の写真が同じことから同じ苗の生産農家さんじゃないかと推測し断念。
去年、チャボトケイソウの種を出品してた
Passiflora incarnate
gently rub the seed between 2 piece of fine sandpaper. pour warm water over the seeds and let them soak up to 24 hours,changing the water every 8 hours. if a seed swells up remove it and plant it immediately. seeds that do not swell should be gently plucked on the outer shell with a pin,without distubing the embryo,and then soaked again until they swell. sow the seeds 1/4 inch deep , in indirect sunlight,and use a soil temperature that fluctuates between 68F and 78F.
細かいサンドペーパー2枚の間に種を優しくこすります。 種の上に温水を注ぎ、それらを最大24時間浸し、8時間ごとに水を交換します。 種子が膨らんだ場合はそれを取り除き、すぐに植えます。 膨らまない種子は、胚を外さずに、ピンで外殻をそっと摘み取り、膨らむまで再び浸します。 種子を直射日光の下で1/4インチの深さに播種し、68Fから78Fの間で変動する土壌温度を使用します。
